I don’t know about you, but I often find myself in the predicament of needing an app or snack FAST–last minute houseguests, neighbors stopping over for vino, or some friends swinging by on a Sunday afternoon. What I love about this dip is that I almost always have the ingredients in my kitchen. Meet the best thing you’ll put in your mouth this week: The STRAWBERRY MARSHMALLOW CREAM CHEESE DIP.
And at just three ingredients it cannot be more simple: one container of strawberry cream cheese warmed to room temperature, one small jar of marshmallow fluff, and about 1t of either vanilla or almond extract.
Healthy-ISH. Focus on the “ish” on this one and the fact that you’re getting some… erm… calcium. One of the most delicious things you will ever eat! Use it as a dip for strawberries, pound cake, graham crackers, Nilla Wafers, or even as a stuffing for French Toast. It is remarkable and oh-so-versatile! I’ve also toyed with the idea of adding whip cream to it–a half cup or so goes far and makes it a bit lighter. Either way–so scrumptious! Enjoy!
